I bring 20 years of corporate business experience to the real estate market. My background in Purchasing will give you a skilled negotiator at your side whether buying or selling. My experience in Operations will lead you smoothly through any real estate transaction. My education in Engineering lays the framework for problem solving needed to help you avoid any potential pitfalls.
My passion is period homes - classic architecture, detailed elements, and the history behind each home. I have an 1894 Queen Anne Victorian that we have been restoring for 10+ years and love even the most tedious tasks of restoration. I have extensive knowledge in restoration and renovation techniques for older properties. This knowledge is readily transferable to newer properties too and, while I love older homes, I embrace the modern conveniences that newer construction brings.
