My passion is period homes - classic architecture, detailed elements, and the history behind each home. I have an 1894 Queen Anne Victorian that we have been restoring for 10+ years and love even the most tedious tasks of restoration. I have extensive knowledge in restoration and renovation techniques for older properties. This knowledge is readily transferable to newer properties too and, while I love older homes, I embrace the modern conveniences that newer construction brings.
